Christian Expressions does not guarantee availability on exchanges. Please include additional choices to avoid shipping delay. We will notify you via email if your choices are not available. You must reply within 5 days for additional choice or your original order will be returned to you. Please check spam folder regularly. We are unable to contact by phone due to very high volume and to ensure accuracy.
We do not issue refunds if exchange choices are not available or if wear date is too close to be met. So allow sufficient time before wear date and include additional choices.

NOTICE: Very few specialty companies allow exchanges of any kind. Most are final sales. Christian Expressions LLC offers a tremendous selection and most are in stock for immediate shipping. Most online companies order from their suppliers as needed which causes delays and often times merchandise is not available.
Please be advised that our return policy is strictly enforced and we will not tolerate demanding emails or phone calls for refunds. Taking a moment to measure your child will greatly reduce the need to exchange.
