Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted. Please review all details before placing your order.

Unlike most online stores  (learn more), WE STOCK THOUSANDS OF COMMUNION DRESSES, VEILS & ACCESSORIES. Please review the shipping time in the product description of each dress. We now offer over 100 styles in a variety of sizes and lengths so although we carry stock, we are offering many on a made to order basis which typically takes 3 weeks (please allow for unforeseen delays. If your wear date is close then please select a dress that is in stock).

We have our own factory and can make any style in any size. Custom sizing is available for a small fee ($25). Please let us know your sizing requirements. Shipping time is about 3-4 weeks on special orders.

 We have included a "wear date" box in our checkout. If we are unable to meet your date, we will contact you with substitutes or ask if you prefer to cancel. This assists us in meeting your needs but it does not guarantee your order will arrive by the date desired and FirstCommunions.com is not liable for reimbursement for shipping if delivery is not met.

Estimated Arrival Dates and Shipping Rates:

In stock items usually ship within 1-3  business days. First Communion season is extremely busy so please allow sufficient time for your order to be properly processed and shipped. Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Some style dresses ship directly from our suppliers so please expect to receive multiple packages if ordering accessories or gift items. Note: orders shipping overseas may require additional processing time.

• Rosary Beads and Jewelry usually ship in 7-10 business days. These items may ship separately from other items on order
• Edible Favors ship in about 2-5 business days and will ship separately from other items
• International orders will ship when all items become available (we order gifts, rosary beads and jewelry as needed from our suppliers so allow 1-2 weeks if ordering these items. Most international orders are $35.00 shipping

NOTICE: During first communion season (January-May) we are extremely busy and inventory is available while supplies last We will notify you via email promptly to allow you the opportunity to substitute or cancel.  As sizes sell out, we will offer them as special orders  and will ship in about 3 weeks

Ground Delivery (USA) takes 1-5 business days (depending on your location) .Shipping fee starts at $7.95 and is dependant on total cost. Processing time applies.

APO and FPO Shipments:   All shipments to military bases are via US Priority Mail.

International Shipping-We ship via US Postal Service. Allow at least 1-3 weeks for delivery once shipment has been sent. Most packages ship for $35.00. Choose "International Shipping" box when you begin checking out. Customer is responsible for any custom fees or taxes which may be applied by your country. If ordering multiple items, your order will be held until all items become available.

Express Delivery (within continental United States)-usually arrives in 1-3 business days*. Express shipping starts at $35.00 (an adjustment may be made for large or heavy packages).  Cutoff for weekend delivery is prior Tuesday* Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding legal holidays)  PROCESSING TIME STILL APPLIES

*Please note: Choosing Express Delivery does not mean that you will receive your order the next day.Normal processing time can take several days for in stock items. This includes processing credit card information, preparing invoices and packing slips, packing products and shipping. We cannot accept responsibility if express shipments do not arrive in time required. For this reason, we strongly suggest you allow sufficient time for your order to be processed properly.
