- Merchandise may be exchanged within 15 days from date received. Please complete exchange form and include in box EXCHANGE FORM
- Credit Cards are automatically charged at the time the order is placed using an encrypted process. For your protection, We do not have access to credit card information.
- If any items are unavailable, we will notify you via email with substitution suggestions or you may cancel and a full refund will be applied. We do our best to notify customers within 2 business days. . We strive to keep our website up to date but Inventory changes very quickly during first communion season so orders placed are not always guaranteed to be available
- Sales tax will be added for Rhode Island residents only for non clothing merchandise. Customers outside the USA may be subject to customs fees. We only charge for the cost of the merchandise and the shipping. Customer is responsible for any international fees which may apply
- Please refer to the size chart for each dress and have someone else measure you. For the most accurate measurements, we suggest you be measured by someone who has experience measuring I.E: seamstress, tailor, dress maker, dry cleaners etc. YOU MUST PICK THE SIZE THAT REPRESENTS THE LARGEST MEASUREMENT OF THE THREE MEASUREMENTS
- Most IN STOCK items will ship within 2-3 business days if an item needs to be ordered from our manufacturer, please allow 7-10 business days (see product description for shipping times). All items usually ship together but occasionally we may have some products shipped separately such as rosaries and jewelry.
- Most packages ship via US Postal Service and include basic coverage of $100 for lost/stolen items. If you wish to insure your item please contact us to upgrade your shipping to include coverage. Tracking information will be provided upon request.
Although Christian Expressions stocks hundreds of communion dresses, it is not possible to stock every style and every size; therefore, many styles will be ordered from our manufacturer as ordered. For this reason, we discourage multiple dress purchases with the intention of returning unwanted styles. This leaves our company with excess inventory after the short first communion season. For this reason, we have an exchange only policy.
